The doors close. When we open them again the price is $5,000, and the two live calls will only exist as recordings. This is the only cohort that gets those calls live.

This is a digital programme. The moment your payment clears, the full library of protocols, scripts, videos and bonus material is released to you in its entirety. It cannot be returned, unsent or unlearned. Your place in the cohort is also removed from availability and cannot be resold.
The price reflects this. It is set on the basis that every sale is final.
What this means
By purchasing, you accept that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Changing your mind, at any point, for any reason
Deciding the programme is not what you expected
Not having the time to work through the material
Never logging in, never opening the material, or not using any part of it
Illness, injury, bereavement, family emergency or any other personal circumstance
Job loss, business difficulty, change of income or any other financial circumstance
Being unable to attend a live call, whether announced or not
Not achieving any particular result, income, client or outcome
Deciding not to continue partway through
Any other reason not listed above
There are no partial refunds, no pro rata refunds, no credits and no transfers to another person or another programme.
Payment plans and Klarna
Whichever way you pay, you are buying the whole programme at the full price. Spreading the cost is a payment arrangement, not a trial, not a subscription, and not a right to cancel.
Klarna. Where you pay using Klarna, Klarna settles the full purchase price with us at the point of sale. You then owe that money to Klarna under your separate agreement with them, on whatever schedule you chose. That agreement is between you and Klarna and is not affected by this policy or by anything that happens afterwards.
Because we are paid in full immediately, a Klarna purchase is treated in exactly the same way as paying up front. Your full access is released at once and no refund is available for any reason.
You remain liable to Klarna for the full amount even if you decide not to use the programme, cannot complete it, or your circumstances change. We cannot cancel, pause, reduce or reverse a Klarna plan on your behalf, and asking us to do so does not affect what you owe them.
Instalment plans paid to us. Where you pay us directly in instalments, all remaining instalments stay due and payable in full. Missing a payment does not cancel your purchase. If a payment fails we may retry it, and access may be suspended until the account is up to date. Repeated failure to pay may result in the balance being referred for collection, and any costs of recovery are payable by you.
Cancelling your card, removing your payment method, blocking a payment, or disputing an instalment does not end your obligation to pay the balance.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, a Klarna dispute, or any other payment dispute does not release you from this agreement. Where a chargeback is raised in breach of this policy, we will submit this policy, your acceptance of it at checkout, and your access records to the card issuer. Access to the programme and to the community will be revoked immediately and permanently, and any outstanding balance will remain payable.
Your acceptance
You confirm at checkout, before payment is taken, that you have read and agree to this policy and that you want immediate access to the material. This policy is displayed before purchase and forms part of your agreement with us.
Faults and access problems
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law where digital content is faulty or materially not as described. If you cannot access something you have paid for, contact us at team@onesessionmethod.com and we will fix it. We would always rather solve the problem than refuse a refund.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. What you are buying
A licence to access an online training programme consisting of recorded video training, written scripts and protocols, downloadable material, community access and any live calls specified on the sales page at the time of purchase.
3. Access and licence
Your access is personal to you and non-transferable. Access is granted for as long as the programme is maintained, subject to these terms. We may update, replace or improve any part of the material at any time.
You may use the protocols and scripts in your own paid practice with your own clients. You may not resell, republish, licence, share, distribute or teach the material as your own, whether free or paid, and you may not use it to create a competing training programme.
Sharing your login, distributing the material, or reproducing the scripts for anyone outside your own client sessions is a material breach and will result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Where you choose a payment plan, you are contracting for the full purchase price and all instalments remain payable regardless of whether you use the programme. Failed or missed payments may result in access being suspended until the account is brought up to date.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Live calls
Live calls are scheduled in good faith. We may reschedule where necessary. Calls are recorded and recordings are made available. Inability to attend a live call does not give rise to any refund or credit.
7. Conduct
We may remove access, without refund, where a participant is abusive to staff or other members, shares material outside the programme, or brings the programme into disrepute.
8. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular income, client volume, business outcome or personal result. See our Disclaimer.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

Completing this programme does not licence you to practise anywhere, and does not make us responsible for your practice.
No income or results guarantee
Any figures, case studies, testimonials or examples shown are the experience of specific individuals. They are not typical, not average, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your effort, your skill, your market, your existing audience and factors outside anyone's control. Most people who buy training do not act on it. For as long as you are a customer or subscriber, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email team@onesessionmethod.com and we will action it. Deleting your data will end your access to any programme you have purchased, and does not entitle you to a refund.
